Evening Primrose is a flowering plant native to the temperate and subtropical regions of North America. It’s a natural source of linoleic acid (LA) and gamma linoleic acid (GLA). These omega-6 fatty acids are known to promote healthy skin and relieve mild PMS-related discomfort in women.

Directions
